Room was comfortable. Bathroom had a regular door (looking out for things like that now.) Balcony was big enough for one seated person and one standing person. TV worked well. Breakfast had different options. One day eggs and Sausage, Next day (Sunday) was biscuits, sausage gravy, and bacon. Front desk was cheerful, no matter what time of day. The osprey restaurant was close by, we were able to walk there for dinner.

The location was great for exploring downtown, Riverfront Park, and the falls. Every staff person we encountered was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed, including a shower that had body jets as well as the regular shower head which was wonderful! There were also lots of outlets in the room. Breakfast included bacon, eggs, biscuits and gravy, pancakes, cereal, breads, and more. There were cookies and milk in the evenings which was a nice treat. We stayed over the Fourth of July and they had outdoor seating that provided a front row viewing experience for the city's amazing fireworks show. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Very clean room, beautiful patio out front, free breakfast with the stay, and key fob entry to the lobby bathrooms, milk and cookies, delicious coffee.

We LOVED the view! The room was nice and big. The staff accommodated us needing to stay another night. We felt secure because the front doors are locked at night. Coffee available 24 hours. Just wonderful!

We've only stayed the night, really enjoyed the welcome at the front desk, the lady was awesome! The room was comfortable, had everything we needed. I don't think we used all the amenities to the fullest extent :)

It was a very nice facility and was very clean. I was impressed when I walked in. Free breakfast was very good with many options. It exceeded my expectations. My room was spacious and well maintained. The toiletries were all Dove products, which was nice.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff in a great location. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast staff were very cheerful and did a great job keeping all the hot/cold items plentiful. We appreciated that we could easily walk downtown or over to Gonzaga.

I appreciated the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. I foolishly left my laptop behind and received a call from the front desk and was able to go back and pick it up. A huge Thank you to the honesty and concern of staff! Appreciated the large luggage rack in the room and comfortable bed.

Staff was friendly and helpful during check-in. Breakfast staff went out of their way to accommodate requests and be helpful. We were traveling thru on our way to the PNW and we decided to stay here again on our trip back home in Minneapolis.
